How to get more new clients for your salon — the power of 24/7 online booking
Let's start with a message we recently received from the owner of a nail salon:
"Since I started using it, I've got 8 clients. 😄 Thanks to you, honestly — it's made a real difference in winning clients, that's for sure."

A few weeks. Eight new clients. Not from an expensive ad campaign, not from ten hours of posting a week — but from the salon finally becoming bookable any time.
Let's look at why this works, and how to set it up for yourself.
A new client doesn't decide when you're open
Think about when someone actually reaches the point of "right, I'll book now." Usually not while they're at work. It's in the evening on the sofa, mid-scroll. Sunday afternoon during the kid's nap. Or late at night, when the day finally slows down.
By then you're long past picking up the phone — and rightly so. The problem is that if the only way to book is a phone call or an Instagram DM, that keen new prospect switches into "I'll sort it tomorrow" mode. And by tomorrow they've either forgotten, or ended up at another salon where they could grab a slot in two taps.
This is far from rare: plenty of clients decide to book exactly when you're already closed — evenings, weekends, late at night. Those are precisely the bookings you lose if the only way to get a slot is by phone.
What Ildikó did — and you can too
For her, the turning point was one single thing: clients could book on their own, any time from a link. No phone, no "DM me," no three-message back-and-forth. In a few weeks that brought in clients she probably wouldn't have captured the old way.
It takes no trick — just making the path to booking as short as possible:
- Put your booking link everywhere. Instagram bio, Facebook page, Google profile, business card. Wherever they spot you, let them book right there.
- Be available 24/7. Let the system work for you at night too. The client books when it suits them — you just glance at the finished slot in the morning.
- Reduce friction. The fewer steps, taps and decisions, the more people make it to a confirmed booking.
- Ask for a review after a good visit. A couple of fresh Google reviews reassure someone who's only just found you. A one-liner is enough:
