Follow the latest Bellora updates: new features, improvements and fixes.
Your team members now show their job title under their name, not their internal role.
You can now edit notification templates in place, with readable variable labels and a preview – on the web and in the partner app.
Besides a fixed price, your services can now have a “from” price or a price range.
You can now remove guests from your client list – your bookings and revenue stay untouched.
Guests can now accept or decline your price and time offers right in the Bellora app.
For a scheduled price change you can now choose whether the booking date or the appointment date decides, and nobody gets a surprise price mid-booking.
In September we again fixed a batch of small but annoying issues across booking, payments, notifications and the apps.
After a paid, completed booking, the guest automatically gets a payment summary by email and sees the same summary on their booking.
In the partner app, booking details are now organised into four tabs, and urgent items always stay in the header.
The Bellora apps now wait for the connection: a save started without signal isn't lost, and the app no longer signs you out.
The conversion funnel now shows failed booking attempts and views of your salon page.
A booking's history now shows whether the guest, the salon or the system cancelled it, and the guest's note appears in the notification too.
Bellora's system emails now consistently arrive with your salon's logo, colour and a clear booking card.
The Basic plan now includes Analytics, the Conversion funnel and Where guests come from – on the web and in the partner app.
With manual approval, guests no longer pay when they send a request: you approve it with the final price first, and only then do they pay.
Store badges now appear on a new download page and on your salon page, so your guests can easily install the Bellora app.
In the Bellora client app your guests book, reschedule and review — signing in with an email code instead of a password.
We fixed a batch of small but disruptive bugs across booking, the calendar, reports, and the partner app.
Team, settings, KPIs, loyalty, packages, gift cards, and bookings now update instantly across the partner app, the web dashboard, and the guest app — no pull-to-refresh or reload needed.
The partner app now has the staff settings that were missing from mobile: permission gates, time-off stats, moving ad-hoc bookings, and drag-to-reorder booking priority.
