Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026.04.09.
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Bellora online appointment booking platform (the Service), operated by Magenta Team Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (registered office: Petőfi Sándor utca 12/1., 2085 Pilisvörösvár, Hungary; company registration number: 13-09-226488; tax number: 26142366-2-13; represented by: Adrian Olajos, Managing Director; email: legal@bellora.net; hereinafter: Service Provider). By using the Service, you accept the following terms. Salon owners and service providers are additionally subject to the Merchant Agreement.
2. Service Description and Platform Role
Bellora is an online intermediary platform that enables salons to manage appointment booking, client management, and payments, and enables clients to discover salons and book appointments. Bellora acts solely as an intermediary (marketplace/platform) — beauty services are provided not by Bellora, but by the individual salons. When booking an appointment, the service contract is formed directly between the client and the salon. Bellora is not responsible for the quality, availability, or terms of services provided by salons. Online payments are processed through the Stripe payment system on behalf of the salon.
3. Registration and Account
Registration is required to use the Service. Information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. The user is responsible for keeping their account password secure. Users must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. Persons under 16 may only use the Service with parental or legal guardian consent.
4. Subscription and Payment
The Service is available in various subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan. Subscriptions are valid until the end of the billing period and renew automatically.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Settings menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds for already paid periods are not available. Refunds for booking payments are subject to the cancellation terms set by the respective salon. The detailed refund terms are available on the Refund Policy page.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform software, design, logo, the Bellora brand name, and associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of the Service Provider. Users may use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit it without the Service Provider's prior written consent.
7. Data Protection
Detailed information about personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted Platform operation but does not accept liability for damages resulting from service interruptions. The Service Provider is not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons, for disputes between salons and clients, or for errors or delays caused by the payment provider (Stripe).
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Consumer disputes arising from the Service shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. If negotiation does not lead to a resolution, the consumer may contact the Pest County Conciliation Body. The European Union's Online Dispute Resolution Platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Contact: legal@bellora.net.
10. Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of changes by email. Modified Terms take effect on the date of publication.
