How to delete your account
In the Bellora Business mobile app
Open the Bellora Business app and go to Settings (tap the gear icon). Under the Personal section, tap Privacy. Scroll down to the Account Deletion section and tap "Delete my account". Confirm your decision in the dialog that appears. Your account will be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period.
On the Bellora web dashboard
Log in to your Bellora dashboard at bellora.net. Go to your Personal Profile page and select the Privacy tab. In the Account Deletion section, click "Delete my account". Confirm your decision in the dialog. Your account will be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period.
Delete your account now
If you are already logged in, you can go directly to the account deletion page on the dashboard.
What gets deleted
When your account deletion is processed after the grace period, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number, avatar)
- Your notification preferences and notification history
- Your favorites, loyalty points, and membership subscriptions
- Your referral codes and rewards
- Your waitlist entries and intake form responses
- Client notes and tag assignments linked to your profile
- Your authentication credentials and all active sessions
- Your per-salon client records (salon-specific notes, tags, and visit history)
30-day grace period
After you request deletion, there is a 30-day waiting period before your account is permanently deleted. During this time you can cancel the deletion request at any time by logging in and visiting the Privacy tab in your Personal Profile. If you cancel, your account remains fully intact as if nothing happened.
What is retained for legal reasons
Certain records are kept in anonymized form to comply with accounting and tax regulations, or to preserve the integrity of business records for the salons you interacted with:
- Booking history is retained with personal details removed (your name, email, and phone are replaced with an anonymous label)
- Issued invoices and financial transaction records, as required by applicable accounting law
- Reviews are kept with your identity removed (your name and comment text are cleared)
- Gift card and coupon transaction logs are retained with your identity detached
Sole owner restriction
If you are the sole owner of one or more active salons on Bellora, you must first transfer ownership to another team member or delete those salons before you can request account deletion. This is to prevent salons from becoming unmanageable with active subscriptions and no administrator.
Can't log in?
If you are unable to log in to your account and still wish to delete it, you can send us an email. Please include the email address associated with your Bellora account so we can verify your identity. We will process your request in accordance with GDPR requirements.
