Remove a guest from your list

On the web: Clients → the guest's profile → Delete client. A guest you added without an account is deleted along with their notes and tags, while a guest with a Bellora account only disappears from your list – their account stays, and if they book again they come back with their old notes. You confirm before anything is removed; by default the owner and admins can do it.
