Manage staff fully from the partner app

The partner app now gives you the same staff tools as the web dashboard: permission gates for who can edit what, time-off stats, and a booking-order tab where you can drag members into place instead of only nudging them up or down. You can also move an ad-hoc booking to a new time from the app now, just like on the web — the guest gets one “rescheduled” message instead of a cancellation followed by a new confirmation.
