Approve first, then the guest pays
If you work with manual approval and take an online deposit, nothing is charged when the request comes in: when you approve, you set the final price, a payment deadline and a message, and the guest pays on the web or in the Bellora app. The deadline can be 4, 24 or 48 hours or 3 days; if the guest doesn't pay by then, the slot is released, and if you reject a request that was already paid, or it expires, the full amount is refunded. Turn it on under Settings → Booking → Booking mode → Manual approval.
