These Terms of Service govern the use of the Bellora online appointment booking platform (the Service). By using the Service, you accept the following terms.

Bellora is an online platform that enables salons to manage appointment booking, client management, and payments. The platform is available through web and mobile applications.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the Service. Information provided during registration must be accurate and up-to-date. The user is responsible for keeping their account password secure.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is available in various subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan. Subscriptions are valid until the end of the billing period and renew automatically.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Settings menu. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds for already paid periods are not available.

6. Data Protection

Detailed information about personal data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted platform operation but does not accept liability for damages resulting from service interruptions. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.

8. Final Provisions

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of changes by email. Modified Terms take effect on the date of publication.
